It turns more and more popular to live in high-rising towers. So, the main question is: how much does it cost to us. Obviously, location can make the difference.
For example, a 135m¬2, four-room apartment in Rishon Letzion will cost you 1.2 million new shequels, while a very identical apartment in North Tel-Aviv may cost over 2 millions, almost twice expensive. A three-room apartment in Rishon Letzion will cost NIS 980,000, but don’t even try to find such a price in Tel Aviv itself; the price will vary between 1.5-2 times the price in Rishon.
The new «Golden Coasts» complex, located near Hadera, comprises of three 25-story towers. Besides the apartment itself, each resident may enjoy from private swimming pool, two–story- high lobby and a promenade. The prices are 1.5 million NIS for four-room apartment, for those who want to relocate to Hadera. If you insist to stay in the Center, a penthouse will cost over $1 million in Rishon Letzion, and $2 million in Tel Aviv.
In Haifa, all of us can see (and some also afford) a luxury residence at Top Denia suburb, two 23-floor buildings with a terrific view over the Haifa bay. If you are interested in purchasing one of those 194 apartments, 300 square meters will cost you only $950,000.
If you are seeking for a cheaper deal, but still be on top, check out the Keren Towers project in Beer Sheva. A four room, 130m2 apartment will cost you only 720,000 NIS.
Although towers have become synonymous with luxury, some developers still think that luxury can also come with a lower profile. But remember — the higher you get, the higher will be the price.
